Pressed thin on a hot flat top so the edges go brown and crispy. That crust is the whole point.

The Double Deluxe Smash with two crispy-edged patties and melted American cheese

What Makes a Smash Burger

A smash burger isn't just a thinner patty. Pressing fresh beef onto a screaming-hot flat top forces a hard sear across the whole surface — that browned, craggy crust is where the flavor lives.

It only works with fresh beef. Frozen pucks steam instead of sear. Ours are handmade with 100% premium beef and pressed to order, which is why they taste the way they do.

Our Double Deluxe Smash stacks two of them with melted American, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, and house sauce.

What to Pair It With

House-cut seasoned fries with truffle aioli are the default, and reviewers bring them up unprompted as being well seasoned and tasting homemade.

Beer-battered onion rings hold their crunch better than most, and a cold draft beer rounds it out.

Finish with a hand-spun milkshake if you're committing.

Common Questions

What's the difference between a smash burger and a regular burger? add

A smash burger is pressed thin onto a hot flat top to create a seared, crispy crust across the patty. A standard burger is cooked thicker and juicier without that hard sear.

Can I get a single instead of a double? add

Yes — there are single-patty options across the menu. See the full menu.

Do you use frozen beef? add

No. Patties are handmade with 100% premium beef and cooked to order.
